Andrew Reeves

I am from Manchester UK, and currently living for the past 8 years in Singapore.  I have been working in the food industry All my professional career.  In that time I worked for some large food multi-nationals, firstly at Dalgety and subsequently Kerry. I have worked primarily in the food ingredients sector covering wheat flour milling, savoury ingredients and stabilisers.  Originally in a technical support capacity, then later in commercial roles.  I managed the expansion into new frontiers such as Russia in the mid-90’s and later headed up the European strategic marketing function.  Since leaving Kerry I was responsible for new market penetration for an ambitious French Ingredients company called Solina, that has grown 10-fold from the time I joined.  I currently head the Asia sales division of Essentia Protein Solutions, which is a manufacturer of protein solutions derived from animal by-product.
